COMPOSITE TUBE PRODUCTION

 

Our company is capable to produce the  following items by using the existing filament winding tecnology  and  the materials like aramide, carbon,glass fibers, hybrid fibers and various types of resins:

By using 4 axis, 3 spindle filament winding equipment;

• winding of launch tubes having up to 900 mm diameter and 6000 mm length with wide range of winding angles.

• simultaneous winding of 3 each of tubes

• production of pressurised wessels and warhead/bomb bodies by means of conical winding feature.

 

By using 3 axis, 4 spindle filament winding equipment;

• winding of launch tubes having up to 2.000 mm diameter and 10.000 mm length with wide range of winding angles.

• simultaneous winding of 4 each of tubes

• production of  warhead/bomb bodies by means of conical winding feature.

 

 

 

 

FILAMENT WINDING AND CURING

 

The composite tubes having up to 7000 mm length and 700 mm diameter are cured after filament winding process by using temperature controlled oven and cure cycles are recorded.

 

 

 

MACHINING OF COMPOSITE TUBES

 

The composite tubes having up to 12000 mm length and 900 mm diameter are machined by using universal lathe.
